Report illegal content or make a complaint

You do not need an account. Identify Airsoft Exchange content you believe may be illegal, or complain about how we handled an illegal-content decision.

We triage urgent concerns immediately and ordinary complaints within two working days. We target a reasoned outcome within ten working days, or will provide an update.

Where reasonably practicable, someone who was not responsible for the original decision will review the complaint.

If a decision is reversed, we restore content or access promptly where possible. One ordinary review is available, with reopening for materially new information, clear legal or policy error, or serious safety need.

We do not open or fetch external links from this submission.

Airsoft Exchange uses this information to assess illegal-content reports and complaints, meet applicable safety duties, prevent misuse, and contact you only when requested.
