Hi all, I am looking to source a high-quality, genuine plate carrier and matching plate setup for an upcoming deployment to Ukraine performing civilian veterinary aid. Because I will be bending over and kneeling, I need a strict Size Small system that allows full arm movement and won't slip off a 5'8" woman. Plate Carrier Requirements: Size: Small (Must be a true Small plate bag/harness system). Colours: Solid Black, Navy Blue, or Royal Blue only. I cannot wear camouflage or military colours due to non-combatant identification. Models Preferred: Low-profile or minimalist rigs with angled shoulder straps (e.g., Crye JPC 1.0 or 2.0, Ferro Concepts Slickster, Warrior Assault Systems LPC, or similar). Budget: depending on model and condition. Ballistic Plate Requirements:Size: Small SAPI (Nominal dimensions approx. 8.75” x 11.75” / 22cm x 30cm). Curvature: Multi-curve or Double-curve only. Absolute no-go on single-curve plates. Protection: Level III, III+, or Level IV standalone (STA) from a reputable manufacturer (VestGuard, Highcom, RMA, LTC, etc.) to protect against shrapnel and stray fragmentation. Budget: depending on weight and condition.
